Two-time world 200m champion Shericka Jackson answered questions from her fans in the social networks. The 2023 100m and 200m diamond trophy holder was completely candid with her followers and fans.
The Jamaican sprinter admitted that her most valuable medal in athletics to date was the gold in the 200m at the World Championships in Eugene last year.
“I have many, but to be honest my first individual gold is the icing on the cake”, said Shericka Jackson.
Another fan asked her how she copes with stress. “In so many ways, but God is at the heart of it all. I pray a lot, going to therapy helps me a lot too. I write down how I feel most days so when I’m stressed I know what to do. Plus my friends are free therapy”, added she.
