Lena Grandveau scored 6 goals for the winners, while Tjasa Stanko was the top scorer for Slovenia. In another match from the group, Angola and Iceland made a 26-26 draw. France and Slovenia are on the top positions, while Angola earned the third place.
Germany smashed Poland by 33-17 and finished on the top in Group F. Poland was second and Japan was third, after defeating Iran by 42-10.
Montenegro defeated Hungary by 24-18 in Group B, while Cameroon won their match versus Paraguay by 26-23.
